I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very polite and nice! Food came out great as well. I didn’t get him name but the server on the receipt says, Vcash10003 R.

This place is an amazing place to dine in! It's clean and welcoming environment always makes come back. Their food is always served hot and fresh with extra tortillas de harina when I ask for them. Their salsa bar always filled with options from different types of salsas to shareded cabbage and pico de Gallo. This experience makes me feel at home! So if you're Town and you don't know where to dine in, this place will be your next favorite place.

Customer service was great. Employees were polite and friendly. It was a welcoming environment. Our food was expectation was on point. The breakfast was delicious and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Definitely coming back.

From the moment we arrived at Taco Palenque, in Brownsville, everything was great. From plenty of handicap parking to the cleanliness of the dining room. My wife, daughter, and I waited less than a minute of our arrival to be waited on. The food came sizzling hot, fresh, and with good-sized portions. Hats off to all of the team members who make their customers' eating experience very enjoyable every time you or your family visits!

Food is always on very good, and their fajitas are always delicious. Tender and plates are well served. Service is fast, and I love the condiment bar. Even when busy, there are plenty of tables.

Came here this evening to try it out for the first time. We’re in town for the week from Houston and we were trying different taco places. Let ame a tell you, This Place is BY FAR BETTER than several of the other taco places we seen on TikTok. We were a little skeptical because it’s a chain restaurant but it was highly recommended by some locals so we decided to give it a try. The Service Was EXCELLENT!!! Very Friendly, Very Helpful and Very Welcoming!! The Salsa Bar and warm Chips were Wonderful, and last but Definitely Not least, The Food Was THE BEST WE’VE HAD IN BROWNSVILLE YET!!!!! The Fajitas both Beef and Chicken were DELICIOUS!!!! DEFINITELY give this place a try, You won’t regret it!!! We will for sure be back and look forward to checking out the locations back home! My apologies for not taking more photos, but it all look so good that we just jumped right in.. lol
